"Anil Kumar Dr. Anil Kumar, PhD is a Professor at the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of LIC of India. An alumnus of SRCC, he did his post-graduation in Commerce from the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. His area of specialisation is Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance. Lovleen Gupta Dr. Lovleen Gupta, ACA, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, Hindu College, University of Delhi. She obtained her PhD from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She topped during all three years of her graduation in B.Com. at GND University, Amritsar. She has been honoured with a number of prestigious awards and medals from various academic institutions, Universities and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for her academic performance and literary contributions. Jyotsna Rajan Arora Jyotsna Rajan Arora is an Associate Professor at Lady Shri Ram College (LSR), University of Delhi. An alumnus of LSR, she was the topper of M.
