The culture of an organization is far more critical than just creativity in determining long-term success.

In Culture Eats Creativity for Lunch, former Executive Director and CEO of FCB Ulka, Arvind Wable, shares the secrets behind a strong and positive organizational culture, viewed through the lens of India’s leading advertising agency.

During his leadership of over two decades, Wable came to a rather radical conclusion that the Ulka culture, or the Ulkaway, was the fuel that propelled the agency to sustained growth. While it might seem like a paradox in the case of an ad agency, he explains it by analysing the different attributes of the Ulkaway and how it can be implemented in a workplace of any kind.

Keeping in view the changing dynamics brought about by rapid business evolution and considering the growing prevalence of remote work and virtual teams, this book emphasizes the pivotal role of a robust organizational culture in steering companies through uncertainties and helping them scale new peaks. Through Ulkaway, Wable demonstrates how culture influences not only creativity but also leadership, strategy and success.

Discover the Ulkaway and take your organization from good to great.
