Ramesh Chandra Batra is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and has worked in the field of plastics for well over four decades in Germany India and Malaysia. His experience encompasses mould making design and development processing and project planning. He worked for five years in India as German Advisor in the Indo German Tool Room Programme. He has been teaching mould design as guest lecturer for several institutions has been delivering lectures on plastics technology and conducting seminars. He has been writing about plastics in the Indian journals regularly. Mr. Batra is now a German citizen and resides permanently in Germany.
