Ms Neeti Panwar, Assistant Professor, Department of Higher Education, Government of Haryana, is an alumnus of the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce and Delhi School of Economics. She has done B.Com. (Hons.), M.Com. and M.Phil (Finance) from the University of Delhi and has consistently been a rank holder throughout her academics.
