"Deepak Tandon, Dr Deepak Tandon is a Professor in Finance at the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi and has 40 years of work experience, viz. 21 years in Banking & 19 Years in Academics. He is a PhD in Management – Finance Area & holds an M.B.A. – Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He has also L.L.B. (Delhi University), M.Sc. (Delhi University) and C.A.I.I.B to his credit.In 2020, he received Honorary D.Litt. in Banking & Finance from Nelson Mandela University USA. In Academics, he has excelled since 2007 and has held various positions as Chairperson of Banking & Finance and Area Chair Finance.He is currently heading the Finance Club at IMI New Delhi. Before joining IMI in 2012, he was the Professor in Finance at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Dwarka, New Delhi, for four years. He was also the coordinator for PGDM – Executive programme and conducted various MDPs and FDPs. He has been a visiting Faculty at SRCC Delhi University SP Jain Mumbai, IMT Ghaziabad, ICAI, ICWAI, NLU Dwarka and GGSIPU IP University.He taught at the University of Luton/Bedfordshire UK, Sasin University Bangkok various banking & finance papers. He has worked for various Banks viz. Punjab National Bank, PNB Capital Services, Vysya, J&K, Indus Ind Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce at the Vice-President/Senior Faculty – Forex and Risk Management (Scale I to Scale V).He is an approved ISO Lead Auditor from Nigel Bauer & Associates (Germany), IRCA Certified (London) Auditor. He has authored Over 130 peer-reviewed research papers, and over 15 are Scopus Publications. He has also written eight books for leading Publishers. Dr Tandon has been awarded 10 Medals and awards in academics and various accolades from National/international forums. He has been a leading Keynote Speaker at various international conferences and events in New York (USA), Delhi University affiliated Colleges, JNU, and IP University. He received the best Academician Award of the year 2018 from Integrated Chambers of Commerce and Industry and, on 11th August 2018, received the best Professor in Finance & Accounting Award from the Academy of Management professionals and IDMBA (Institute for Digital Marketing & Business Analytics) – Academic Excellence Award 2019. In February 2020, he received the Amity Excellence Award for the Best Professor in Banking and Finance from Amity University Noida. He is on the editorial Board of Various International Journals. Neelam Tandon, Dr Neelam Tandon is working as Professor & Head of Department – PGDM at JIMS Kalkaji New Delhi. She is also the Head – Research at JIMS New Delhi and has authored many Scopus/WOS papers to her credit. She is an Economist and has been Joint Secretary at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, wherein she looked after the Industry Affairs of the Foreign Trade Committee and managed interaction between Government and Industry Stakeholders.She has a rich experience of over 20 Years as an academician and industry research experience. She has also worked as an advisor in an MNC based in Singapore. She is a PhD, M.B.A, MPhil and MA in Economics. She holds a level 5 certification from Chartered Management Institute London in Leadership and Management. She has an accredited recognition of teaching in leading B-schools in Delhi/NCR on a regular and on visiting assignments. She has also been a visiting faculty at ICAI, IIFT Delhi and IMT Ghaziabad.She is an approved PhD guide at Jagannath University Jaipur and specializes in the area of Banking, Economics and Management. She is a PhD examiner at the Faculty of Management Studies: Women Institute for Studies in Development Oriented Management Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur.She has also authored five books in the areas of Banking, Statistics, and Economics.
