Manual of Immunopathological Techniques is collection of chapters contributed by experienced immunologists/immunopathologists, all of whom have hands on expertise of techniques they described. The idea of this manual arose from observations that those working in clinical/research field needed at some time or another, to perform an immunological technique applied to their own specific field of research. The existing manuals in market are either too detailed or require background expertise that the user may not necessarily possess. Each chapter provides readers with a brief introduction about the topic/technique, its principle followed by step-by-step description of methodology, interpretation of the results, colored photographs and lastly the preparations of reagents with points to remember.
