<p>The ambitions of our students entering various professional colleges are soaring high. They start dreaming of attractive pay packets, plush offices and foreign assignments even before they enter the precincts of these professional colleges. While it is good to be ambitious and dream big but it has to be complemented by honest sincere efforts by the students in attaining the desired knowledge & skill set. Unfortunately, the ground reality is quite different. There is ever widening gap between skills & abilities required by the industry and those possessed by students. Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Team Work are weak spots of these students and they lack correct sense of dressing, attitude and ability to manage their time. This has resulted in a situation wherein even though there are plenty of jobs in the market, students graduating from various professional colleges are still not getting suitable jobs.
