This book is acompilation of the vaious cases presented by the participants on the occasion. BVIMR is of the strong opinion that these cases should not lie within the boundaries of the campus and would like to present the same to the student and academy community everywhere.It is good to have a management function and to facilitate thosewho have participated.But it feels much better to share the entire proceedings with the fraternity in education and the students who would like to benefit from the proceedings.
