This Community Health Nursing Record Book for Basic BSc Nursing Program is prepared according to the requirements of community health nursing for Basic BSc Nursing, and is aimed to provide simple and systematic record book on community health nursing for undergraduate students. The basic BSc Nursing students are guided by their teachers in various aspect to maintain quality and standards for community experience based on the requirements, which were established or maintained for every college of nursing in India. This record book is updated and is based on Indian Nursing Council syllabus, which is specially organized for BSc Nursing program in community health nursing for 2nd and 4th year students. This record book has portrayed the subject in 13 procedures for 2nd year, 22 procedures for 4th year with important notes for community health nursing and explanations, which will definitely meet the demands of students. This book maintains good community experience based on requirements with standardized format, which minimize the workload of Clinical Instructors and students.
