Dr. A. Prasanna Veera Kumar, MD (Anatomy) is Professor of Anatomy, GSL Medical College & General Hospital, Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh. He did his MBBS from Osmania Medical Collage, Hyderabad, Telangana and MD (Anatomy) from Government Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He worked as teaching faculty in Malaysia for 5 years. He co-authored 'Anatomy for Nurses' with his teacher Dr. K.S.N Prasad and authored first edition of “Competency Based Human Anatomy, in 3 Volumes. In which he has dealt with each anatomical competency of CBME Curriculum serial wise to make it student friendly and without the need to search many books for mastering all competencies. He also authored Anatomy Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) for NEXT/First Year MBBS Examinations.
