"Dr. Anil Kumar, PhD is a Professor at the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of LIC of India. An alumnus of SRCC, he did his post-graduation in Commerce from the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. His area of specialisation is Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance. Dr. Kumar has contributed several research articles in national and international journals, presented his research work at international conferences in India and abroad, and has conducted several executive development and training programmes for corporate executives and directors. He has over thirty years of teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students."
