This edition has been divided into 19 sections containing 101 chapters. Many new chapters have been added such as Surgery for Liver, Surgery for Portal Hypertension, Principles of Day-case Surgery, Management of Rectal Cancer, Surgery of Adrenals, Parathyroidectomy, and Bariatric Surgery—in view of their growing importance and demand in the current surgical practices.
