This book brings selected scholarly work from victimologists across the globe. The authors address the pressing problems of victimization of different groups of people, ranging from victimization through sexual crimes to victimization as a result of racial discrimination. This book provides an insight into the way the authors reflect and strive for better victim assistance laws globally. The collection is a representation of work that explores victims’ rights and emphasizes on the need to pay greater attention to the victims’ rights and not just the rights of the perpetrators.
