Dr. L. N. Mittal worked as Prof. & Head Curriculum Development Centre at Technical Teachers Training Institute Chandigarh. He participated in World Conference on Cooperative Education at Edinburgh in 1985 and Kingston (Jamaica) in 1995 and was honoured to chair technical sessions at both these conferences.
