Francesca Sanna (Author, Illustrator) Francesca Sanna is the multi-aw ard-w inning author and illustrator of the bestselling books The Journey and Me and My Fear. The Journey w as the w inner of the 2017 Klaus Flugge Prize and also w inner of the 2017 Amnesty CILIP Honour, and w as additionally selected for the New York Times Notable Book of 2016. Francesca has also been aw arded the Ezra Jack Keats New Author Honor and New Illustrator Honor Aw ard and w on the Association for Library Service to Children Notable Children's Book of 2017. Francesca grew up in Italy and is now based in Zurich, Sw itzerland.
