Ambika Manchanda began her journalistic career three decades ago with The Times of India and thereafter as reporter with the Economic Times. She has published more than a thousand articles both in English and Hindi. Marriage to a Defence Services officer exposed her to the multi-ethnic diversities of India as also to a wealth of information on natural beauty treatments and remedies.
