Gokul Rathi qualified as a chartered accountant in 1983 and thereafter served in the Industry for nine years for a first hand corporate experience. He is an associate member of ACFE (USA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. An orator and a prolific writer, many of his articles have been published in professional journals like BCAJ, PCAJ, ICAI Pune Branch Newsletter, Quest and local dailies. He has authored a book on NPA titled Practical Handbook on NPA in 2002. He was managing committee member and newsletter editor of the ISACA (CISA), Pune Chapter as well as Pune Chartered Accountants' Society.
