Exhaustive Commentary on the Right to Information Act, 2005 along with case law from Supreme Court, High Courts and various Information Commissions This treatise presents a detailed study and comprehensive commentary examining various provisions of the Act in the light of language used, general principles of interpretation and ratio of judicial decisions in cases arising under the Act as well as in cases arising during the period before the enactment of law on Right to Information along with the DoPT Circulars at appropriate places.
