1. Swagata Deb has an MSc in Physics from IIT Kharagpur and a PhD from IIT Delhi. She was a senior scientific officer in IIT Delhi and has been a teacher for three decades. She is the author of several books for children, including The Magical World of Mathematics, which has been translated into Chinese, and Goopy Gyne Bagha Byne and Other Stories, which is now designated as a Puffin Classic.
