Abhirup Bhattacharya is a graduate in fashion technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Kolkata, and has completed his MBA in finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai. Nirvana is a state where we are devoid of emotions, yet have a firm sense of our surroundings and control over the mind. The mind is free, yet alert and calm at the same time. In our fast-paced lives today, it is important for us to pause and delve deep within ourselves to find peace and reach the right equilibrium with our surroundings. Finding Nirvana is an effort to decode Nirvana for the betterment of our daily lives.
